Frequently Asked Questions

Can I still open my front door with a Dog-G8 fitted?

Absolutely. As you open your front door, the gate expands with it. You can also quickly unhook it from the brackets for full access, making it both safe and convenient.

Can the Dog-G8 be used outdoors?

The Chrome Dog-G8 can be used outdoors, but we recommend bringing it inside when not in use to prolong its lifespan. The powder-coated version is for indoor use only.

How wide are the gaps between the bars?

Each panel has a gap of just 5cm, making it safe even for smaller dogs.

Where do you ship to?

We’re UK-based and offer fast global shipping with DHL Express for international orders, and DHL Express or DX for UK deliveries. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location.

My front door isn’t flush, will the gate still fit?

Yes! Dog-G8 gates are designed to work with almost any setup, including doors with reveals, rails, or unusual side walls. Your order includes a detailed instruction pack tailored to various configurations, and we’re always happy to help on the phone.
